Upgrade/swap

I swapped my Iphone 12 returned it as asked, however I am still being charged for the device, despite not having it. On contacting SKY I was informed the device was sent for repair and was due to be returned, however I have not heard anything, the device was not damaged and am having no joys contacting anyone for help?

This sounds odd to me, you returned it for a swap but they have sent it off for repair, all you can do is to keep on at Sky to see if it does either get returned to you or if it has been returned that it is booked into stock so you should stop being billed for it.
