Upgrade phone not received

i purchased an upgrade on 29th March - Samsung S24+ with earbuds. It was an offer ending that weekend. It is now the 10th april and it is sat on my package as status being processed but with no idea on when it is going to be shipped or when i am going to receive it. It has been like that now for two weeks. The phone appears on my devices so it has been registered. I can see the phone on the website against a different offer this month but it doesnt say about any waiting times for delivery. Any idea when i can expect to see my phone. TIA

As customers we couldn't possibly tell you when it will be with you but you could try calling Sky if you have another phone to see if they can shed some light on what the delay is.
