I am trying to purchase an upgrade to my mobile and it added it to the basket but the checkout button doesn't appear to complete the transaction.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @julie1391 others have reported the same issue and if it's the same with other browsers then your only option is to call sky and have them process the upgrade, call on 150.
