Upgrade has came I agreed to swap the phone but am I allowed to keep old phone if I pay difference as box for return is ripped due to me opening it wrong.

Hi @Sarah065 if you decide not to proceed with the swap you need to call sky on 150. The balance of what you owe will be added to your next bill.
