Upgrade from sim only to mobile phone plan

I'm currently on a Sim only plan and I'd like to see if I can upgrade to a mobile phone plan and keep the sim card I'm using now.

Hi @Giuliaduvall  the only way to find out is by applying for a phone and see if you pass the credit checks. Make sure you are logged into your account when you order the phone.

hello. so according to this it is not possible to update from sim card to phone. so do you have to order the phone itself? thanks

You can add a phone to your accout but when you do so you will have to pass the credit checks because if you do not then your order will be cancelled.
