Hi
My mobile payments are complete and I want to upgrade my handset. I no longer have option to offset cost of handset against a new one.
also if I order with current offer of reduced data plan will my existing data plan cease or will I be billed for two?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have paid the device off then you can no longer upgrade it as you can only do this when you are still paying for it. You can order another one though as you will be credit checked again of which you do need to pass.
You would be billed for two plans as the offers on data plans only apply when taking out a new sim. You could call Sky to see if they would apply it to your current sim but if they say no you will either have to pay for two or don't order another sim and use the one you already have.
