Hi,

Just posting this as I paid £80 on an upfront payment and it's been a little over 3 weeks now. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the refund to come through.

Is there anything I can do to get this sorted?

Are you saying you paid this upfront fee then you order was cancelled, if so I would give Sky a call as they might be able to process the refund for you.

Yes, I paid the upfront fee then it was cancelled. Will try giving them a call. Was just wondering if there was a way to do it via chat to make it a bit easier.
