@Rangers3  Order a new sim, one you have this and activated it you can cancel the old sim if you've had it for 12 months.

 

Sky won't just change your number

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can order a new sim card here by selecting the data plan for it:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

 

Once this has arrived and as long as you have been paying for the other one for 12 months or more you will need to call Sky on 150 to cancel it.
