Did changing your sim to new sim work for unlimited data has these sky employees don't no how to fix the problem

No a new sim didn't work.
Sky are aware of the issue and their is an open INC for it. Annoyingly this has been open since September though with no timescale of a fix being applied.
I've been chasing updates as and when possible but no nearer to a fix.
