Hi @Anonymous  normally you don't get your full data allowance until after your first bill as it's pro ratered and you only get a certain amount of the monthly allowance so not sure if this applies to unlimited data plans but it may be confusing Skys systems ?

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.

The unlimited plan is subject to a fair use policy.  How much data have you used?

What date did you activate your sim and what date is the billing date because the chances are as @63johnw has said you are not getting the full data allowance as what you get is based on the number of days before it resets which is the billing date.

Re: Unlimited data contract, message saying I'm out of data

I'm getting this message too.

Spoke to sky twice about it and they've confirmed there is no fair usage policy for the unlimited data plan

Mine is in a 5g router and they've said they can't see any reason why this is happening.

A reboot of the router brings it back online so it's not being capped as such.

Re: Unlimited data contract, message saying I'm out of data

I'm getting this all the time now.

Don't even have to use any data, as soon as I connect or use the sim it says I've run out of mobile data.

I work for sky, but can't get an answer as to why it's doing it other than there is a known issue for it

Hi @Adam+Fezza  what is your monthly data allowance as if you have chosen the 100mbit allowance then that would be used up in seconds on a modern smartphone.
