Unknown charge and unable to access help on chat.

Hi

If there's anyone here from Sky Mobile, I am having a problem with one of my bills. I have an un-recognised charge on a bill for £6.60 listed as a service number. I have no idea what this could be and am unable to check into it as it doesn't show the date of the call or the number it was made to. I've tried to contact customer service but I just keep getting various error messages.  Can anyone tell me how I might contact someone to find out some information on this charge please? Thanks. Dave.

@deckhanddave

Just dial 150 from your Sky mobile.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible. We were informed recently the lines were busier than usual so try to pick a quieter time.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

Firstly… in your circumstances it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

@Mandy+6569  Your other thread you created has been removed, please don't create duplicate threads as these are not needed and simply causes duplicate answers.

Are you not registered with the Acessibility Team as advised the last time you raised a similar query?
