Unblock my phone

I lost my phone so had it blocked by sky I then found it soon after so unblocked it - I was told it would be fully functioning by 7am yesterday morning. I still cannot make calls so I can't phone customer services and the chat just lead me to here so

I am hoping someone can help.

@Claire1905  I'm afraid we are all customer shere so can't unblock your phone.  Did you also block your sim?  Have you ordered a replacement sim?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Oh thank you for letting me know - I didn't realize - they sent a replacement but said I didn't need it when I found my phone and unblocked it. Thank you for taking the time to help

@Claire1905  You would need to activate the replacemant sim as it will have been stopped when the replacement was ordered.
