I lost my phone so had it blocked by sky I then found it soon after so unblocked it - I was told it would be fully functioning by 7am yesterday morning. I still cannot make calls so I can't phone customer services and the chat just lead me to here so
I am hoping someone can help.

Oh thank you for letting me know - I didn't realize - they sent a replacement but said I didn't need it when I found my phone and unblocked it. Thank you for taking the time to help
