Unable to use mobile phone for calls or texts

Unable to make or receive phone calls or texts in NE33 postcode area this has been the case for at 2 days now. Sky online says there's a problem with a phone mast in my area. Any idea when this problem will be fixed

Fellow customers can't tell you. Sky don't own or maintain any masts so you're relying on the owners/operators to fix.
