Unable to upgrade sky mobile due to account restriction

I have trying to upgrade my mobile but without success, what I get is account restricted, my payments are up to date, except for skymarket place which shows an outstanding amount, but I have tried every link to make any required payment but without success, I need help on issue because I need to upgrade my phone.

You have a couple of choices here, you can either call Sky on 150 for help with the upgrade or if you prefer for the restricted message on,y we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message on here about this, so let us know what you prefer to do ?
