Hi,
I got a new sky sim contract last week. ported my number from another provider and my text messages are not working.
I have done a phone reset and updated the message centre number and still got the same issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @ADH1 this sometimes happens when a port hasn't completed properly. It normally sorts itself out but if it's been a while call sky on 150 to see if they can help.

Thanks for the response. Its been 2 weeks. Called sky today been on the phone for over an hour and they were unable to help.
