I would love to be able to send and receive ANY short/premium numbers, not for competitions, but for charity donations, important information, etc. The SIM only contract is an unlimited one - monthly roll over of data etc - and with a high amount data cap, but it's not allowing me to utilise what I need
Anyone have the solution please?

Sorry @GreynessUK you didn't mention the monthly spend cap, you said "high amount of data cap" which isn't the same. You will need to call sky on 150 so they can look at your account.

Hi @GreynessUK have you checked your monthly spend cap isn't set at zero ? Try setting it higher.

Re: Unable to send/receive Short or Premium numbers with uncapped SIM?
As my query states, my cap is set to a high amount, not zero, so do you know of any alternative solutions?
