Hi @Kyle21  have you tried turning flight mode on then off ? Have you restarted your phone ? Any issues showing ?

Hello: Its 14:31 Hrs on 10 04 2024, earlier this week i had an outage an unable to recive or make calls; this was due to a local mast problem i belive,  it got fixed okay; as of now though i have the same problem Regards Colin

Same issue for me too. In Milton Keynes area. Have been having sending text issues since Monday as well.

As @63johnw has advised above.  If you are experiencing any issues you have the suggested steps above.  If that's also not working, get on to our service status page to check for any local mast issues in your current area  🙂

After tinkering a bit, it looks like switching wifi calling off has fixed the problem with both texts and calls. No idea why that has stopped working, but at least my calls and texts are going through now 😊

Mines been doing this for a few days now, I have to restart my phone everytime which isn't ideal at all, if it continues I'll be contacting customer service

I can call and text, but WiFi calls haven't been on since Monday eve, except a shortly spell yesterday evening before they went again. Anyone else having that?

wi-fi calling is still not working here, so I wouldn't report it as fixed as yet.

Its been two days now where i cant make calls to family memebers which is a joke. Not sure what the issue but very frustrating as you dont get any alert to suggets what the issue might be and you dont always have wifi to make a call using another app, frankly i shouldnt need to if im paying Sky mobile? Why dies this keep happening
