Unable to roll over data. I get an error message.

I have had an error message whenever try to roll over data. This has been happening for a few months and now I'm losing the data as it is expiring. It would expire if I could actually roll it over. I can't call 150 as I am on a non sky mobile currently as its my sons phone that has the issue

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I thought it was just me.

 

I thought it was because I've put the Sim into a Xaiomi phone but it seems not to be the case.

 

I have to say, I'm not overly impressed with Sky because most of the things that are free with others aren't with Sky, Call Waiting for example. I negotiated a new contract with Sky because it was cheaper than the others, despite only 2 Gigs of data, but when I rang back to find out why it hadn't been added, I was told that I would only get the discount before the prices went up the following month anyway and the discount would be off the extra monthly charges they were adding.
