Heathfield, East Sussex- can't make outgoing calls, as it just cuts off. I can't speak for incoming, as I haven't received any. The coverage meter shows it's fine, and I have 3 bars.

There are issues with landline and mobile services which Sky are aware of and working on a fix. Please see the post marked as a temporary answer.

My mobile data has all been deleted and added some from piggy bank and not gone on why

There are issues on the Sky Mobile network at present as pretty much everyone is having issues at present. When the service is back up and running it might take a little while to catch-up so the data might not go on straight away so don't roll it over again.

Same problem here couldn't ring out and anyone trying to ring me was told number not recognised, after waiting ages on the phone to sky I was asked to take my SIM card out and clean it !!  It worked briefly but it still keeps going off .

We have the same problem.  Can't make or receive calls, our numbers not being recognised and call date in our account disappeared. Can someone from Sky please confirm this problem is being worked on.

My mobile data went off this morning and hasn't been back on since. I've got loads available. - just seems to be an outage.? 5g is down in my area according to the mysky app.  Phone keeps saying emergency calls only  aswell, so they've clearly got an issue somewhere...
