Me too, Cardiff. When people call me some are being told the number has not been recognised!

I'm experiencing the exact same issue..... can't call out and people calling me say it's the wrong number. My mum is disabled and needs to be able to get a hold of me in an emergency, she couldn't get through this morning! I'm also self employed, clients can't get through.

This is horrendous.. how can Sky service be not available when this mobile service is our only main source of communication with the outside world and everyone. 

 

It's been many hours this morning that I have realised no messages or call coming through and I am not able to make any phone calls. 

 

This should have been picked up, addressed,  rectified and resolved by now. 

 

This is horrible on Sky's part. And not even bothering to post any official message or announcedment , thats a shame on part of the business ...

I've merged your post into this thread. There are issues with landline and mobile services which Sky are aware of and working on a fix. Please see the post marked as a temporary answer.

Same issue, I havent noted that removing the (0) from the contact number I am trying to call fixes the issue but hasnt worked for some others.

So for the past 3 weeks I couldn't receive OTP's and other verification codes - that's finally rectified last Thursday and now I can't ring or receive calls. Joke! 😡

Abs ridiculous ! Still having problems - partner and son stuck in town centre as can't access data to get to their bus tickets to get home 😕 can barely txt out - very intermittent - not good enough sky

It's stupid 😕 had few problems with connections and not receiving messages recently but this is getting daft now

No phone signal

Only one bar on Sky wi fi, I need this to activate my safety pendant. Fell on Saturday but pendant didn't contact call centre. Sorry I changed from Vodafone to Sky. Live in Magheralin BT67 . Any one with the same problem? Siobhan@deirdreliddy
