Im unable to make or receive phone calls. Have turned phone off then on again. No problems in my area apparently. I'm  on the Dorset/Hampshire border.

Hi, I have this issue with to of the four number on my account, two work fine and two have got this issue. Only other thing to happen are that my SIMs have just gone out of contract, but cannot see that being the issue as this would effect all four SIMS?

As mentioned earlier in the thread there is an issue sky are aware of and are working on it. Sky mobile is a domestic not business service so no compensation can be claimed for loss of business.

I have the same problem on the Wirral

No mobile signal

Very patchy signal here at the best of times but virtually no signal now for past couple of days. Have done all the usual, turn on/off etc but phone just keeps disconnecting from mobile network.
