I am unable to make any calls & tried the fix of toggling flight mode but didn't bring service back

I can’t make or receive calls either in Devon. Have tried the airplane and on/off but hasn’t worked.

Try turning the phone off and on . I did and I managed to receive a call. Signal very low here though

3G only. Calls failing since around 0930 this morning. Spoken to them on the phone and they are saying a fix in progress and a team is on it but who knows 🤷♂️

I've tried that and it makes no difference. This is happening far too much with sky. All my family are with EE and never have problems. I am seriously considering going elsewhere when my contract runs out as I am sick of this now.

I agree it happens far too much. We pay for a service that doesn't always work. I may change provider also. Hope it works for you soon

Whe I call out ot tells me it is an incorrect number and when they call.me they are told its an incorrect number. Getting seriously annoyed now!

I tweeted SkyHelp about this hours ago and have been completely IGNORED! Maybe the next step is to contact OFCOM for advice on next steps. No one from Sky has acknowledged an issue, there's been no update on the website or email or text to its customers. This forum is being ignored and clearly social media is too!
this is deeply worrying when you consider that the UK government intend to completely irradiate old landline phone tech within the next year and make all calls over the internet. THIS kind of thing shows us why that is a bad idea! Most people rely on mobile phones and SKY clearly just do not care that we haven't been able to be contactable all day!

That is worrying. I e been told sky had a message about issues currently trying to be resolved today. I hope they sort it. We should get money of for the inconvenience and possibly loss of income due to thier error

This is an absolute joke I use my phone for work as I'm a carer and I use it constantly I haven't been able to receive any calls for days now I also can't make any calls I'm paying for a service that isn't working

Mine is now back up and running, it's currently 22:21 so I guess it was down for around 12 hours or so

Seriously disappointed by SKY MOBILE's lack of communication with regard to today's issues, which are the latest in a long line of poor service. They call themselves a 'service provider' - well SKY, step up and provide a CONSISTENT service, and have the decency to interact with the people PAYING for it when the issue is on YOU. It left many people without a vital means of communication.
I will be leaving Sky mobile at the earliest opportunity along with the other 5 members of my family who are all equally as disatisfied as myself.

Tuesday 9th April....8.38am and still no network? Thankfully at home I can do WiFi calling. Seriously taking the biscuit now Sky...have turned phone off 4 tines and done flight mode on and off and changed from 5g to lower networks.....but nope.....when is it going to be sorted.

My mum rang up sky they are sending replacement sims as we haven't been able to use are ohone since Saturday
