Hi all,
Thank you very much for your patience on this. We should have a fix in place for anyone having issues making calls from the Sky Mobile network, please toggle on flight mode, then toggle off and the service should restore.

@Chloe-W22 Could be worth mentioning that if you call someone on the same network who has NOT run the fix it probably will appear that it hasn't worked!

I am working again after restarting my phone.

This has happened twice now it's my wifes phone in my name but the hospital tried to ring her today and we had no idea it was an issue until they phoned me as I was her emergency contact is this being permanently fixed as if not I may have to look elsewhere as this isn't helpful when we are waiting for such important calls

I've got it working again but if I didn't get the call some very important information would of been missed entirely

Same here. I've tried the flight mode on / off - hasn't worked!
