There have been issues with landline and mobile services today which Sky are aware if. For the mobile issue please view the post marked as the answer on its thread.

Unable to make or recieve calls in UK and have already tried to reset phone ( turn on & off ) , still unable to use phone... @Skymobile please help

Still down in Bolton. The interactice chat cannot deal with a simple question, like why is the network down.

The network isn't down although there has been an issue. I've just received a call from my son Sky mobile to Sky mobile so it's not affecting everyone.

My mobile is not being recognised when any Ione is trying to contact me g ou

My mobile is not recognised when I try calling anyone coming up as number not recognised including when calling SKY and most importantly I am not contactable on my sky mobile by my hospital and I am on call today till tomorrow morning.I do not have a back up phone or sim and not sure how to cover this emergency essential service.

@Daniel0210 I have seen you post in response to the problem a lot of people have, and the answer you refer to does not work.  I have tried it several times.

Tried flight mode on and off Tried switching mobile off and restart Still unable to receive call Coming up as number not recognised Have been with sky for several years Spoke to customer service No much help except saying my sim bill for this month will not be charged I can do my on call duties without my phone

I am unable to make calls and toggling between flight mode and back hasn't fixed it
