Compensation would be nice given that this is happening quite a bit recently.

Since porting from O2 to Sky I am unable to receive calls on my number. Not a good impression for a new customer.

I completely agree that there should be compensation for having all these outages so many times when we can't afford them even once at all.

Has there been any update on this as my whole family can't make or recieve calls. We are all with sky mobile

There are issues with landline and mobile services which Sky are aware of and working on a fix. There is no timescale.

Can’t send or receive text messages

Haven't been able to send/receive text messages today. Husband has sky mobile and same with him. Tried to resend network settings as described online by sky, but says unable to do try again later. Anyone else having issues?

Had the same problem. My wife missed out on tickets as two-factor authentication was required for the credit card payment and texts only arrived much later or couldn't be delivered at all.

Texts delays may be connected to the mobile issues being encountered by some regarding calls which is subject of its own large thread.

Ive had this for a few days now but only in the last 24hrs have I stopped being able to send/receive any messages. Beforehand I would get them all in short bursts but had been sent over multiple hours 😕 

having the same "unable to request network settings at this time" message too.

Unable to make or receive any phone calls, waiting calls from dr and hospital, not great 

 

4 hours my phone has been like this yet sky says no issue.... Milton Keynes area
