I cant phone out or people can't phone me I need my phone to be working 😒

Unable to make or receive calls, when people try to call it says this is the wrong number??? any time scales on when the issue will be fixed??

Issues with signal and calling since update

Since my sky update yesterday i have had no signal and cannot call out

Not sure what update you're referring to. There are issues with landline and mobile services which Sky are aware of and working on a fix. Please see the post marked as a temporary answer.

Unable to make or receive calls on sky mobile

I am unable to make or receive calls to my mobile.  No known issues showing and have tried hard reset on handset. 
I need this number active as I have no landline. 
Can anyone at sky advise a solution?

Mobile isssues

Still can’t use my mobile for calls or texts and have no indication from sky that there is a problem! Any ideas how further to contact them for updates?

Once again unable to receive or make phone calls, what's going on. This is becoming a weekly thing now....

I think, fingers crossed, mine might be ok now. Got one bar of signal and managed to make outgoing call.
