I have just moved to sky mobile and my mobile number has transferred over today. I have been unable to connect to Wi-Fi outside my own connection. Once home I have connected to my Wi-Fi but I can't ring out

Now this has happened have you checked that your phone itself is now showing the correct number ?

Yes I have. I can get internet all my social media emails and have communicated via what's app but unable to ring out or receive calls via contacts

But isn't that via Wifi when you are at home, if you turn the wifi off and turn on mobile data does this work ?
Does your device show as being connected to Sky at the top of the screen ?
