Unable to ring my parents number on sky mobile or my sky landline. Please help.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

What are you seeing/hearing when you try the number? Is it their landline or mobile you're trying? Could their line be down to the storms?
