Hi All.
A few months ago I signed up to a new mobile provider, after reading the small print and providing them with my Sky Mobile PAC Number I decided against it. I rung them up cancelled the agreement and got the PAC stopped.
The next day I spoke to Sky as they offered me a deal to stay with them. After that I have been unable to recieve calls for 4-5 weeks unless someone from an Iphone is ringing me. I can recieve Imessages all ok, and have access to data while out and about and I can also make calls to anyone with my number showing up on caller ID's.
But no one can ring me (unless on iphone) Sky Mobile technical help keep getting me to go through the settings on my phone and there is nothing wrong with the device. And to be honest are next to useless as they keep saying to me I have to wait 72 hours for them to check. Ring back after 72 hours and they say another 72 hours I have to wait.
Anyone got any advice.

With in 2 hours of signing up, they said to me it had all be cancelled.....I have spoken to them since and they have assured me that is the case and that they dont have access to my number at all. Sky even replced the SIM and it hasn't made a difference.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt looks like you are stumped then unless you try with a new sim that will have a new number attached to it and you can usually on do this if you have been paying for the other sim for 12 months or more so it can be cancelled.
