Unable to recieve a OTP from GCloudApps

I'm struggling to recieve a confirmation text message from GCloudApps, it is for a banking service. I have logged the error but until I recieve the OTP I have no access to my banking app. 

I can see that Santander etc was resolved last year but with a massive delay in responding to customer requests. Has anyone had similar?

Hi @Evievem  have you called sky on 150 and told them about the issue you are having receiving the code from that organisation ?

Hi, I have, they've said 5 days to get to the issue and contact me regarding it. I've had to set up an esim with another provider to get access to my account. Which has left me out of pocket. 

As a new customer it's making me really apprehensive that I won't get what I need to my phone to verify my identity.
