Since yesterday afternoon my iPhone 16 is not receiving incoming calls. I've gone through all the trouble shooting plus rest network settings. Still nothing. I can make calls ok.

My Sky tv and broadband crashed at 8pm. Disconnected power supply for a couple of minutes, reconnected and hey presto - everything back to normal. Got an incoming call at last, apparently this caller had tried a few minutes beforehand and had got a "we are experiencing issues in trying to connect you" message. All in all it seems to be a provider glitch. How about disconnecting and rebooting your broadband to see if that fixes things? I'd be interested to hear if it works?
