I've been trying to pay off my device plans early for weeks but when I do I'm presented with "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now". This seems to happen regardless of what browser I use. Are there any other options aside from calling sky directly, as this is something I can't do right now for medical reasons.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunatly this is not something I am able to do. I need to be able to do this online.

Find out moreIf it isn't letting you do it online then calling will be the only way o do it and it would probably be best if you do it this way anyway as it is quite easy (based on other posts on here) to in error put the amount on your account and not put it towards paying the device off when doing it online.
