Unable to pay off credit agreement online

I have several Mobile credit agreements with Sky and would like to pay them all off, however when I try to do so online I get the message:

 

Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now

Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.

 

I have tried for a few days, and across different browsers and the sky app. I am unable to call to speak to an adviser due to anxiety problems, is there a way to do this online?

It might might be worth getting registered with Sky's accessibility team as there are other online options available:
