Unable to order a Sky mobile SIM card
I have tried over the past weekend to order a Sky mobile Sim card and tried a dozen times. The order goes through without issues but is almost immediately cancelled. I receive. an order confirmation and a minute later, a cancellation confirmation.
I called in and an Advisor placed an order for me, which in return, was cancelled 40 minutes later. These orders are being automatically cancelled. I know that this is not human error. However, I am at a loss as to how to proceed.

Re: Unable to order a Sky mobile SIM card
The only reason I can think of that could be causing this to happen is that you are failing the soft credit check that takes place so if this is what is happening then ordering it multiple times isn't going to help.
If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Unable to order a Sky mobile SIM card
Thanks for your input. That can't be the case. I am a Sky customer, and have been for the past 10 years. No Credit issues.
