Unable to open a Sky Mobile contract online

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to take out a Skymobile contract online but keep getting this error telling me to phone up. I'm using TopCashback and so would like to receive £63 cashback for taking out the contract.

Should it be possible to take out a contract online or is it always necessary to phone up? Using the app would also stop me receiving cashback.

Are you able to place the order by proving direct debit payment details instead of a card ?

Thanks - I'm not getting any payment options when I click through from

the basket. I'd ideally pay by debit card but the site isn't giving any options at present.

Have you tried using a different web browser ?

Yes I've tried safari and chrome but I'm getting the same issue on both (this is for an IPhone seven contract).

Then  calling will be the only way to get the order placed which will mean the cash back will not be an option.
