Unable to make phone calls for a month now...

For the past month, been unable to make calls.  Can recieve calls, texts and otherwise phone is ok.  Ive spoken to numberous sky help on twitter, phone etc (using wifi calling).  Been told its a mast issue, but mast was fixed. Then it wasnt. Im at a loss tbh, was told last night id get a replacement sim to try.  As of this evening, a sky tech said this wouldnt work so they wont send one and just to remain patient and itll be fixed.  Im a lone worker  so obviously concerned about safety in the sense i cant contact anyone in an emergency, i think ill have to find a new network
