Unable to make or receive calls after fitting. Sky sim

Changed from Plusnet to sky fitted sim  and activated it , changed new number to old one but now unable to make or receive calls help 🤔

I have been with sky for 2 years. Think there's a issue maybe. I can't make or receive calls tonight. Been happening for about an hour.

I joined last Tuesday exactly the same issue.  Can't make or receive calls. Every call I make "Sorry the person you are calling is another call please try again later". It doesn't matter where I go in the country it's the same issue. 

 

Agents keep saying that Sky are aware and back end office are trying to fix it. Just wish Sky would communicate this on social media channels or somewhere as it seems to be affecting a lot of people.
