Unable to make international calls

I have been trying to make calls from UK to India - various numbers , but always getting the same message 'the number you have dialled is incorrect'.

This is obviously not correct no issue with the numbers and I add the right country code. Also have turned off international spend cap. Still this issue is persisting.

I am really frustrated with Sky service at the moment.

@ArathiJayaram

Some Sky mobile customers are experiencing issues making calls today (no mention of international calls though). Turning your mobile off and back on again seems to be working for them.

Re: Unable to make international calls

This issue of not being able to make international calls to India is not experienced only today but last whole week.

I have tried to trouble shooot over phone with Sky - network restart, dial assist restart, roaming restart etc but nothing is working yet.

Have they previously worked?

Bear in mind we're other customers here so rather limited to what we can do...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
