Unable to make calls whilst abroad using sky mobile

Hi, I'm in Canada right now and trying to contact the airline on a Canadian number. It keeps saying the number is not recognised. I have tried with the roaming on and off but nothing works. I also changed my spend limit multiple times to see if that helped, it didn't. Can anyone help on why I can't make calls

Hi @Keerie  are you using the correct country prefix for calling Canada ?

• + from a mobile.
• Dial 1, which is Canada’s country code.
• Enter the area code.
• Type in the eight-digit phone number.
