Unable to make calls or send text messages

I recently changed my mobile to Sky SIM. I can receive calls and texts. When I try to make a call there's a call failed tone or send a text message it generates a failure notification. The network coverage is good. No issues with data.

 

Can you advise how to resolve this?

You are going to have to find a way to contact Sky support about this so they can investigate it for you so if you haven't got another phone they can be contacted by social media as there are links at the bottom of this page.
