Neither my daughter nor I have been able to make or receive calls - both of us have Sky mobile.
I switched my phone off (as you do) and when I turned it on again and tried to phone my daughter, I got a message to say I had dialled the wrong number - despite using the contact list rather than actually dialling the number. I'm in Northern Ireland, she's in Southampton, and it doesn't appear there is an issue with the signal in either location.
Any advice?

No network issues either here or where my daughter is, but while I can now make calls to other numbers, when I try to ring my daughter I'm getting a 'you've dialled an incorrect number' message - when I haven't dialled a wrong number!

Find out moreAs you can now make calls I would call Sky to report this to them as it might need to be looked into by their relevant team. 150 is the number to call and when you do say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

I can text my daughter (and she does reply) but still getting 'you've dialled the wrong number' when I try to call. So it's not as if number is blocked for example. Will phone Sky when the lines open - probably take as long as it does to get through to GP surgery 😏

It resolved itself by the next day! No idea what the problem or issue was.
