Discussion topic: Unable to make a call to a certain number

I am unable to make a call to one particular mobile without getting a message saying that "the person is on another call" when they are definately NOT on another call! I am able to send text messages OK, and have no trouble in making calls to other mobiles. The person I wish to speak with can phone me without any problems.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Brianiphone give sky a call on 150 so they can look at the number in question.
