Hi, can someone help me with this please. I gave the SIM card to my mum and it's supposed to be free for 6 months but I've received a charge. I urgently need to access the account to see what is causing the charge and put a cap on but every attempt I've made to link has failed. I did manage to get through to Sky over a week ago but the agent didn't know how to fix the issue,
