I've recently bought a phone contract and my sky account keeps saying my Sky ID is a guest account and when I try to link it won't let me and keeps saying there is an error or my details are wrong when I know they're not. I tried to speak to someone over the phone about this the other day as I wanted my 12 digit account number and he told me just to wait for my bill to come through and it will have it on there then. I really want to set up my App and be able to edit features in my account but I am currently unable to do so. Can someone help please?
Currently it says I have not ordered any products and cannot access any info!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAt present the only way to get help with this is by calling Sky so I would try again as hopefully you will get a better response. 150 is the free number to use from your Sky mobile.
