Unable to link Sky iD to Sky mobile

Hi,

 

I'm having issues linking my Sky iD to sky mobile. 

Ive tried linking it to an existing iD and I've created a new Sky iD with a different emai address as suggested in another discussion. Neither work.

 

I input the 3 fields surname, post code (I've tried with and without the space) and the 6 digits of the account. Every time it just comes up...

 

'We're sorry, there's been a problem.'

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update - Spoken to @AbbyT91  they were not using the correct ID, now able to log in and see account 🙂
