Unable to download the itemised bill

Hello Team,

 

My bill was generated on 13th June and I lost my mobile on 16th June. The insurance company is asking me to submit the itemised bill by the 16th of June. I am unable to download it as the bill is not generated yet.

 

I can see the calls and data usage details online but can't download it.

I don't think you can download it until the billing date so when it this, if you can't can you use last months bill ?
