When you called Sky was it the 150 number you used, if it was then they can also be contacted via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.

I also have the same problem, when people call me it says something on the lines of, "This call cannot be connected" - as if my phone has been disconnected.
when I try to

.....call out it doesn't seem to work either. Also text messages either won't send or people receive them hours later, incoming texts also have a massive delay or don't come through at all - this causes huge confusion and also Nick though I'm ignoring people.
We had to go and buy landline phones because of this and my data usage went has gone right up, this all started approximately two months ago.
It has good days and bad days but overall is useless! @avi3 - thank you for your post. It may be realise that it is not just my phone. It is clearly a problem with the provider/network.!

Apologise, I must have accidentally deleted the first paragraph of my post 🙈
But was just reiterating what @Kinks1 and @avi3 had posted... I have the identical issue, when people try calling my number, they get a message along the lines of, "This call cannot be connected" as if my phone has been disconnected.
I also struggle to make outgoing calls, if I am successful, the phone line is so bad that they cannot here me, it breaks up constantly and then usually just cuts the call off.
It is extremely frustrating, particularly because I have a life-threatening health condition, whereby I could need to call someone in emergency and it is very worrying knowing I might not be able to do this.
Hence why we had to go and purchase digital landline phones.
It's shocking in 2024, not living in a rural area, I am unable use my mobile for months now (when Friends/family, who are with other providers have no issues whatsoever) I'm due an upgrade but see no point doing so as my iPhone is basically just a camera! Sorry for the rant 🤣
