Unable to connect to hotspot dongle (tp-link)

Hi, bought a macbook and ordered the tp-link dongle with sim.  Activated sim on my sky account, laptop sees dongle and connects but no service. I have data on sim. Is there something else I need to do?  Thanks

Hi @DLH1  you may need to access the TP link settings menu and manually input the APN. 

try these

 

Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky
