Unable to change phone number to the number I had in phone settings

Used a pac code to transfer my old number to my new phone but still showing my new phone number in my phone settings, when I make a call or text is giving my new sims number not the one I want to keep

Was your old number with Sky or with a different network provider ?

If Sky has told you that the number has transfered have you tried updating it in the settings ?

Said transferred number over successfully but tried to change number in phone settings( I phone) and won't let you save the proper number 😢😢😢

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
