Since changing over to Sky Mobile - SIM only - at the beginning of October 2024, I have been unable to make calls to Irish landlines. I have changed 2 numbers over to our account and both have the same problem. Sky Technical team have gone through getting me to change my connection settings/APN to Name: Sky Mobile Internet and APN: mobile.sky. I have done this process and rebooted my handset 5 times but to no avail. I have made several calls to Sky Customer Services and they just keep telling me to go through the same process even though I keep telling them it doesnt work! I have been told that a technician will call me back - but that was over 4 days ago. Very disappointing.
Has anyone else had this issue with being unable to call landlines, and if so how did they rectify it? Thanks.
